Not What I Expected
Message from Dov – October 2018 Issue
Five years ago, I would not have been able to predict where I am today. We have had an explosion of growth and I have not accomplished this alone.
Building the right team has become the most important part of success for me. As the CEO, it is my job to get the right people in the right positions to drive our company forward. I can assure you this has not been an easy task. However, my team is executing vigorously upon my strategy. It is that execution that enables me to be humble in my understanding of the greatness we are experiencing.
A great company is made up of the right people not any single person. Everyone displays their willingness to do whatever is needed to make these companies great. I am witness to this at our weekly sales meetings, weekly training sessions, and weekly management roundtables. Their ambitions are for our companies. Collectively we drive sales campaigns, launch new products, create office efficiencies, and spread the word about who we are. Each member of our team can express exactly what they do and what the company they work for does. Can you do that?
