Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

TAG Global Systems assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery and/or performance due to product unavailability, carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, flood, fire, power failure, or other conditions which are beyond our control.

Website Pricing Information

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TAG Global Systems shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TAG Global Systems shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TAG Global Systems shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Completion of a purchase

Credit card payment is the only form of payment TAG Global Systems accepts for products ordered through the Website. Any orders placed on this Website constitute a binding offer by you to conclude a purchase with TAG Global Systems. The binding purchase agreement comes into existence only when TAG Global Systems accepts your order on the Website by sending you an email, or by shipping the products ordered. TAG Global Systems will charge the credit card account you identified when your order was placed for the purchase price, the cost of shipping (if not ground) and applicable taxes.

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Delivery and Ownership

The products ordered will be delivered to the address entered by you through a delivery service selected by TAG Global Systems. You agree that the products ordered and sent to you remain TAG Global System’s property until full payment has been received by TAG Global Systems through your credit card provider.

Taxes

Where TAG Global Systems is required by law to collect applicable taxes relating to your order, you authorize TAG Global Systems to charge the applicable taxes to your credit card. The tax rate is based on the delivery address of your purchase. The actual tax amount will appear on the payment page during the checkout process.

Tax – Exempt Documentation for United States Government Purchasers

Sales tax does not apply to purchases made by the United States Government. In order to document that a sale has been made to the U.S. Government, we need to obtain a copy of one of the following:

• Federal tax ID certificate
• Certificate of exempt status
• Government Voucher

Product Availability

Once TAG Global Systems accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order, subject to available inventory and will ship according to the shipping method you selected. If a product is not in inventory, we will ship as soon as possible. Should an item no longer be available and we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified.

Governing Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action brought against TAG Global Systems shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Privacy

TAG Global Systems will use your personal data to process the order(s) which you have placed. The data will not be sold to or shared with any other third parties.

Shipping

Standard shipping for TAG Global Systems is UPS Ground. Shipping is free of charge when standard shipping is used. Any shipping other than standard, ground shipping will be charged to you.

Product Returns

All products sold through the TAG Global Systems website are final. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be allowed.
